Alborz no-till Seed-Fertilizer Drill 3

This newly launched machine is designed to match with the governmental no-till farming system developing programs.  Not only different kind of grains, pulses and rape seeds can be drilled by this machine with a constant density in parallel rows but also it can drill a layer of fertilizer beneath them in real-time. This machine makes it possible to drill the seeds on top of the permanent raised beds without having to till the farmland and that because the discs placed in front part of the machine repair the old furrows. Therefore it can be sued on lands where the furrow irrigation system is in use. By keeping and managing the residue of harvested crops, it is possible:

• To improve the quality of the soil and its texture;
• To decrease the water consumption and the production costs.   

 It is also equipped with two freestanding hoppers in order to keep fertilizer and grains separately. The use of fluted cylindrical metering devices for seeds along with the adjusting levers and studded cylindrical metering devices for fertilizer drilling, makes it possible to drill all kinds of seeds and fertilizers. The rows distances, working depth, fertilizer and seed flow-rate per hectare can be controlled and adjusted as well.  It is possible to use this machine for the fine seeds too.
